All Stations have water, HEED Electrolyte Drink and bananas. GU Energy Gels and Oranges are available at selected food station.  We recommend you try the energy products before the event so that you're familiar with them.

First aid is available at all Food/Aid Stations. National Ski Patrol and EMTs will be stationed at least every 3K. Snowmobile and ambulance evacuation will be available for severe injury.

Pole replacement will be available at the Start in the small tent near the announcers podium. Poles are also available at the McNaught Rd. crossing (shortly after the start) on both the Classic and Skate Courses, as well as at all Food/Aid Stations. Poles must be returned at the finish areas.

Wax stations are located at each Food/Aid Station.
