What:  American Birkebeiner® Ski Foundation Annual Meeting

When:  Saturday, August 13, 2011

Where:  Telemark Lodge, Cable, WI

Time:  On-site Voting*: 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.
            Meal: 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. ($10 per person)
            Meeting: 6:45 – 8:00 p.m.

*Foundation members will receive ballots approximately 30 days before the annual meeting and may vote by mail or drop their ballots off at the Birkie office in Hayward.

ARTICLE III, Section 6:
Annual Meeting
(a) An annual meeting of the members shall be held on the first Saturday in August of each year at a time specified by the Board of Directors. Each member shall receive at least ten (10) days’ notice of every such meeting. The annual meeting shall be for the purpose of electing directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.
