• Nordic Walking Clinic, Hatchery Park, Hayward with Linda Lemke

6:00 AM

• Late Registration and Bib Pick-up opens at the finish area at Telemark Resort, Cable

6:45 AM

• Marathon Registration & Bib Pick-Up Closes at Telemark

7:00 AM

• Buses leave Telemark for the Marathon Run start at Hatchery Park, Hayward. Marathon runners should use the buses to get to the start line. There is very limited parking at Hatchery Park and there will be no bus transport back to the start area from the finish area after the event.
• Clothing bags may be dropped at the start area.

8:00 AM

• Start of the Marathon Run at Hatchery Park.
• Birkie Trek Registration & Bib Pick-Up Closes at Telemark

8:15 AM

• Buses leave Telemark for the Birkie Trek start at the "OO" trail head. There will be no bus transport back to the start area from the finish area after the event.
• Clothing bags may be dropped at the start area.

8:45 AM

• Marathon Relay team meeting at Hatchery Park. Team captains must attend the meeting to go over rules and announcements. Teams and team vehicles can temporarily park near the Start line.

9:00 AM

• Start of the Birkie Trek at "OO"
• Start of the Marathon Relay at Hatchery Park

9:30 AM

• Half-Marathon Registration and Bib Pick-Up Closes at Telemark

9:45 AM

• Buses leave Telemark for the Half-Marathon start at the "OO" trail head. There will be no bus transport back to the start areas from the finish area after the finish.
• Clothing bags may be dropped at the start area.

10:00 AM

• Live music at the finish area by Five O'Clock Shadow playing modern, alternative, & rock

10:30 AM

• Start of the Half-Marathon at "OO"

11:15 AM

• 5K Registration and bib pick-up closes

11:30 AM

• Start of the 5K Fun Run and Walk at Telemark

11:45 AM

• First finishers of the Half Marathon

12 Noon

• Food and beverage serving begins at the finish area
• First finishers of the Marathon Relay and Marathon Run

1:00 PM

• 5K Awards ceremony

1:30 PM

• Live folk music at the finish area by the Namekagon String Band

2:00 PM

• Half-Marathon Awards ceremony

3:00 PM

• Marathon and Marathon Relay Awards ceremony

• Food and beverage serving and music ends
