# Chequamegon Area Ski Swap

### **Nov. 14 from 10am-12pm – Great Hall at Mt. Telemark Village**

Looking for XC ski gear for this upcoming winter at discounted prices? Formerly the HASTA Ski Swap, come find great gear from the community!

Find used gear and folks to help get you the right stuff. Mt. Telemark Village will host the event at the [Derksen Family Great Hall](https://maps.app.goo.gl/eF3cnifJPYbVQ8iK8) with proceeds going to support youth skiing in the area. If you want to attend to purchase gear, knowledgeable folks will be on-hand to help you out.

### Ski Swap Schedule

#### **November 13**

- **5-6pm:** Early Gear Drop Off for sellers

#### **November 14**

- **8-9am:** Day-of Gear Drop Off for sellers
- **10am-12pm:** Ski Swap Open for ALL!
- **12:30pm:** Seller Check and Unsold Gear Pick-up

***NOTE to Buyers:*** payment options include cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.

### Information for Sellers

We will collect a commission of 15% on gear sold. This commission will go to the local youth ski club. Please make sure your equipment is clean (no kick wax or mud).

**1) Label your equipment** – clearly label all your equipment with your:   
A) Name   
B) An item number if you have multiple items  
C) the price you want to sell your gear for  
Sample: Ben Popp, #1, $50

**2) Create a list of all your items** we can use to track.   
A) At the top print your FULL name and phone/cell phone   
B) Individually list all your items, **numbering each** item 1 to whatever (matching the number you marked the item with, **a short description** and then **your price**. **ADDITIONALLY** – how you want to get paid – check/PayPal/Venmo

**Sellers:** Please return to the Great Hall at 12:30pm on November 14 to get a check for gear sold and to pick up any of your unsold gear!
