Birkie Week Wrap-Up Housekeeping

HAYWARD, Wis. — February 23, 2026 — As another incredible Birkie Week comes to a close, the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation would like to share important housekeeping information for participants and spectators of Birkie Week events.

Participants who need to arrange shipping or pick-up of awards, gear bags, bib packets, and other race materials can do so using the links below.

Post-Race Shipping and Pick-Up Requests

Participants who earned awards and were unable to pick them up onsite may request shipping or coordinate pick-up here.

Barnebirkie and Junior Birkie Hats
Participants who did not receive their Barnebirkie or Junior Birkie hat may request shipping or pick-up here.

Junior participants who would like to purchase a gear bag may do so here.

Lost & Found

Participants missing personal items from race week are encouraged to complete the Lost & Found form.

Upon request, found items may be shipped at the owner’s expense. Participants may also contact the Birkie Office for assistance.
