Mt. Telemark Village Partners

This is a $10 million project for the Birkie, but the reality is that the broader vision is even bigger. The Trek Foundation and One Track Mind have made the bike trails possible. Home Base is providing the lodging. LHB has provided the visioning and the architectural work. New Moon Bike & Ski, and Backroads Coffee are providing bike rentals and repairs along with coffee and treats, respectively. Landmark Conservancy helped us permanently protect much of the land. The town of Cable, Bayfield County and the State of Wisconsin have all helped in a big way. And the Birkie has been in talks with various vendors about opening additional restaurants and even camper cabins as part of the project.
