Why are you interested in being a member of the ABSF Board of Directors?

As a resident of the Hayward community, an avid cross-country skier, and a passionate advocate for endurance sports, I have a deep appreciation for the American Birkebeiner’s impact on our region, its athletes, and the broader outdoor community. The Birkie represents much more than a world-class ski event—it is an economic engine, a community builder, and a catalyst for lifelong participation in healthy outdoor recreation.

Professionally, I bring extensive leadership and business experience developed during my career with Trek Bicycle, where I served as Vice President and helped guide strategic growth, organizational development, and industry partnerships.
